Rob Eichelbaum
Rob Eichelbaum is
Of Counsel to the Firm. He is a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning and
Probate and Business Sections. Mr. Eichelbaum practices primarily in the
areas of consumer bankruptcy, collection, estate planning and probate, and
consumer litigation. Mr. Eichelbaum joined the firm on January 1, 2009
after a successful career with The Eichelbaum Law Office. He graduated from
the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in American Studies, and
received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He was admitted
to the State Bar of Texas in 1997.
Mr.
Eichelbaum is an active, participating member in the following legal
organizations: State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, National
Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, San Antonio Bankruptcy Bar
Association, and Texas Association of Attorney Mediators.
He
is a strong supporter of the Alternative Dispute Resolution System. He has
taught numerous continuing legal education courses pertaining to mediation,
and currently serves as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University School
of Law, where he trains law students in the mediation process.
