Dalby Fleming       

Dalby Fleming is a shareholder of the Firm and a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Public Law Sections since February 1999.  He was educated at the University of Texas at Austin (BA, 1992) and St. Mary’s University School of Law (JD, 1995).  Mr. Fleming was admitted to the Texas bar in 1995 and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5^th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.

 Mr. Fleming’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation involving widely diverse issues and areas of the law.  Mr. Fleming also represents several governmental entities regarding a substantial range of matters, including the exercise of eminent domain and litigation arising out of land use and development disputes.  Recently, Mr. Fleming has also undertaken the representation of several local homeowners associations throughout the area.

 Mr. Fleming is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association.
