Dalby Fleming       

Dalby Fleming is a shareholder of the Firm and a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Public Law Sections.  He was educated at the University of Texas at Austin (BA, 1992) and St. Mary’s University School of Law (JD, 1995).  Mr. Fleming was admitted to the Texas bar in 1995 and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5^th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Fleming’s practice includes the representation of utilities, municipalities, financial institutions, insurance carriers, construction contractors, architects, engineers, local businesses and individuals in complex litigation involving diverse areas of law.

Mr. Fleming is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association.
