Leslie M. Luttrell

 

Leslie M. Luttrell received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981, with honors, and her Juris Doctor in 1983 from St. Mary’s University.  From 1983 to 1985, Ms. Luttrell served as Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Bert W. Thompson, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas.  Ms. Luttrell was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in May 1984.  She entered the private practice of law in 1985, first in San Antonio and then in El Paso, Texas.  Ms. Luttrell returned to San Antonio in 1998.  Ms Luttrell has concentrated her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, and commercial litigation over the course of her legal career.  Ms. Luttrell enjoys an “AV” peer rating by Martindale-Hubbell.  Ms. Luttrell is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals - Fifth Circuit and the United States Tax Court.
