M s.
Reser is a shareholder with Davidson Troilo Ream & Garza’s Litigation
and Environmental Sections. Ms. Reser has served on the University of
Texas Planning Committees for the Page Keeton Advanced Civil Litigation
Conferences, Carbon and Climate Change Conferences, Land Use Planning
Conferences, and the Wind, Solar and Storage Conferences. As a Board
Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with thirty years of trial experience, Ms.
Reser provides corporations, utilities, municipalities and the health
care industry strategic counsel in matters involving environmental law
and litigation.
Ms. Reser has tried first chair
numerous jury trials in Federal and State courts throughout Texas. She has
prosecuted and defended complex commercial, employment, tort and health care
cases. Ms. Reser has litigated the design, manufacture and marketing of
numerous medical, pharmaceutical and automotive products. Ms. Reser is
licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Fifth
and Eleventh Circuits, and all four United States District Courts in Texas.
Ms. Reser is a frequent speaker at

Ms.
Reser is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel,
The American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar
Association, and the International Women’s Forum. Ms. Reser has been
Board Certified in Personal Injury and Civil Trial Law by the Texas
Board of Legal Specialization since 1981. Academic: B.A. with honors in
History from Stanford University, 1973, J.D. from The University of
Texas Law School at Austin, 1975.
