R. Jo Reser
Ms. Reser is a
shareholder with Davidson & Troilo’s Litigation Section and Eco Practice
Group which specializes in advising corporations and municipalities in all
aspects of project development and operation involving Renewable Energy,
Water, Environmental and Administrative Law. Ms. Reser serves on the
Planning Committee of the University of Texas Carbon and Climate Change
Conference, Land Use Planning Conference. and Wind, Solar and Renewables
Conference. As a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with thirty years of
trial experience, Ms. Reser provides corporations and municipalities
strategic counsel in matters involving energy, water, environmental and
administrative law, especially involving potential litigation.
Ms. Reser has
tried first chair numerous jury trials in Federal and State courts
throughout Texas. She has prosecuted and defended complex commercial, tort
and health care cases. Ms. Reser has litigated the design, manufacture and
marketing of numerous medical, pharmaceutical and automotive products. Ms.
Reser also serves on the Planning Committee of the University Of Texas
School Of Law’s Page Keeton Civil Litigation Conference. Ms. Reser is
licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Fifth
and Eleventh Circuits, and all four United States District Courts in Texas.
Ms. Reser is a
frequent speaker at professional seminars, including the 2011 University of

Ms. Reser is a member of
the International Association of Defense Counsel, The American Bar
Association, Texas Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, and the
International Women’s Forum. Ms. Reser has been Board Certified in Personal
Injury and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since
1981. Academic: B.A. with honors in History from Stanford University, 1973,
J.D. from The University of Texas Law School at Austin, 1975.
