Since several of our Business and Real Estate Law attorneys have acquired valuable experience in government service at the local, state and federal levels, we are uniquely prepared to handle cases involving municipal franchising, state or federal regulation and sales tax interpretations, zoning and land use controls application, and eminent domain. We also represent businesses and individual landowners affected by local, state and federal government regulations. The financing of public/private projects and the special municipal law considerations inherent in such efforts have also been a specialized expertise of the Firm’s Business and Real Estate Law attorneys.
We provide counseling on forming business entities, taxation concerns, complex corporate and business acquisitions, mergers, and sales and purchases of ongoing businesses. We have experience negotiating and documenting every type of business contract. In the area of real estate, we are experienced in leasing, purchase and sales, land use and development. In the area of lender representation and creditors’ rights we represent major commercial banks in commercial and construction loan documentation.
