Over the years, Public and Utility Law representation has been provided in the areas of general municipal law, utilities (water, sewer, stormwater, electric, gas, solid waste, telecommunications and cable TV), water and water rights, franchises, condemnation (including inverse condemnation), housing, environmental, administrative, employment and labor, real estate, land use regulation (i.e., zoning, platting, subdivision, annexation and other development controls), tort (i.e., personal injury, property damage and products liability) and public contract law.
